Early life and childhood
Thomas Matthew Delonge Junior was born on December 13, 1975 and is currently 48 years. His zodiac sign is Sagittarius. Likewise, he was born in Poway, California, United States of America.

Tom Delonge – Childhood
As a child, growing up in suburban California, Tom liked to skateboard and was a very mischievous boy. When he started skateboarding in third grade, he spent most of his time playing.
During his school days, he was not academically strong, but he was very talented and interested in extracurricular activities. He always wanted to be a firefighter and participated in the San Diego Cadet programs.

After transferring to Rancho Bernardo High School, Tom met Mark Hoppus and Scott Raynor during high school. Additionally, he formed the famous American rock band Blink-182 along with bassist Mark Hoppus and drummer Scott Raynor.
Initially, they tried calling the band Duct Tape, Figure 8, but eventually came up with the name Blink. Also, after another band raised their copyright concerns, they had to add 182, who became the best-known pop-punk band of the ’90s.
Likewise, their first demo album ‘Flyswatter’ was filmed in Scott Raynor’s room. He used to make random calls to the school and convince them about his band that it’s a drug awareness band and would play his music during lunch at school.
Similarly, they released their third and demo album ‘Buddha’. It was made with the help of a local store manager, Pat Secor, in 1994. The group also released another album, ‘Cheshire Cat’, in 1995.
However, they eventually became famous after releasing the album ‘Dude Ranch’ in 1996 with MCA.

As the group slowly gained popularity after the hit ‘Dude Ranch’, the band began to face problems after Scott began to develop a drinking problem and began missing tours.
Unfortunately, the band fired its original member and hired Travis Barker as the drummer for the band Aquabats. Also, after Travis joined the band, they moved into the studio along with producer Jerry Finn to work on their third album ‘Enema of the State’.
Later it was released June 1999. Furthermore, this album became the hit album for Blink 182 that ultimately led them to stardom. This album has three singles, ‘What’s my age again?’, ‘All the Small Things, ‘Adam’s Song’.

During the year 2002, while the band faced internal disputes between its members, Tom created a band inspired by the post-hardcore punk Box Car Racer. He formed the band along with Travis Barker and David Kennedy, later replaced by Anthony Celestino.
