Tiffany Pollard opens up about her nickname New York.
The reality star, who can currently be seen on the E! House of villainsHe received the name Flava Flav when he appeared in the first season of taste of love.
However, when he first decided to call her that, she wasn’t too excited about it, given the nicknames he was giving to some of the other women on the show.

“I hated it! I’m like, ‘Why is New York calling me?’ You’re giving this one the name Bubbles and Delicious, and all those sexual names,” she says in E.W.‘s 3 rounds. “But as soon as I told him I’m from upstate New York, he was like, ‘Oh, I’ll just call you New York.'”
“I thought it was very boring and bland, until I got into it,” Tiffany recalls. “And then after a while everyone remembered my name and said no, New York represents the bright lights, the city, your energy and how you deliver. “So it made sense.”
“I didn’t love it right away because I didn’t understand it. I wanted him to call me like Snookums or something,” she adds.
