Kane Brown is an American singer who rose to fame posting his music on social media. Brown experimented with different music genres like R&B before choosing country music. He auditioned for various contests like america’s got talent, but did not achieve success. Frustrated that he couldn’t find the opportunity to showcase his talent to the world, Brown began posting music on social media.
Brown followed up his debut EP, Nearwith his first worldwide hit, I used to love you sober. The success of the single led RCA Nashville to offer Brown a recording contract, which he accepted in early 2016. Initially, Kane and Katelyn thought they were having a baby and even chose the name Kingston for their son. When they found out that their next baby was a girl, they changed the name from Kingston to Kingsley. “We just fell in love with the name Kingsley,” Kane revealed in an interview with Radio.com.
The coronavirus pandemic has thrown a damper on Kane’s touring schedule, but it has offered him time to spend with his wife and daughter. “I see this as kind of a blessing and a curse, of course, but the blessing for me is being able to see everything he does,” Kane continued. “I’m not missing a second.”
