Radric Delantic Davis (Gucci Mane) is one of the pioneers of Trap music along with rappers TI and Young Jeezy. Keyshia and Gucci met during the video for their song emergency 911
During one of his prison stints, Gucci saw Keyshia in XXL Eye candy of the year problem and decided that he wanted her in the video for his song emergency 911. Keyshia had already starred in two music videos, including Timbaland’s 2009 hit with Drake, Say something. Keyshia clarified in an episode of The Real that bathing him didn’t mean “putting him in a bath and washing his back,” but she had no problem doing so because Gucci had shown her loyalty.
Keyshia supported Gucci despite confirming he cheated on her
Gucci proposed to Keyshia in 2016 and the couple married in 2017. BET aired a reality show in 2017 titled The mane event detailing the couple’s preparations before their wedding. The show led people to believe that Gucci and Keyshia got married in October 2017, but it later turned out that they got married in May 2017.
Everyone was happy for the couple, but Gucci angered some fans when he posted a meme with the following message on October 15, 2019:

Keyshia was born in Kingston, Jamaica on January 10, 1985. After witnessing her father’s shooting, she moved to the US at the age of 10 and after college began a modeling career under the name by Keyshia Dior. She claims to have earned her first million dollars from her within six months of launching her products.
