Cayetana Elizabeth Hutcheson was born on August 23, 1974 in Croydon, Surrey. She spent the first few years of her life on a farm in Kent. The couple’s eldest daughter, Megan, ran the 2017 London Marathon in memory of Tana’s miscarriage. The family completed their healing process after Tana welcomed Oscar in April 2019. Oscar’s birth was different because Tana asked Gordon to be present during the birth. Gordon told Jonathan Ross that he passed out during his first birth experience. He said:
“This time, I was there and I absolutely shit my pants. I fainted. I was sitting there and Oscar went out the sunroof and then you were thrown on top of him and he was screaming and I fell backwards, the nurse caught me.”

In an interview with loose women, Tana talked about coping with the loss of her son, Rocky. She revealed that Gordon was not present when she gave birth to the couple’s four children, but she was present when the couple lost Rocky.

Tana’s post featured a quote telling people to talk to people who have lost their children as they are still haunted by their loss. “What you are reminding them is that you remember that they lived. And that’s a big, big gift,” the quote read.

“You know, the problem is that I love babies so much, but I think I’ll still say that when I’m 70!” tanya said Hello! She spent 2020 caring for her little Oscar and enjoyed the experience.
Having raised four children before Oscar, she was very experienced in dealing with baby number five. “Being an older parent and having done this before, you have a way of sitting back and relaxing more and laughing with them,” Tana said. “The other thing for me is that I had four fours or less, so having one is certainly easier.”

Tana’s father, Chris Hutcheson, was influential in Ramsay’s rise to a top chef. He financed Gordon’s first restaurant and managed Gordon’s business until 2010. In 2010, Gordon accused Chris of embezzling over £1.5 million and hacking into Gordon’s computers.
In 2017, Chris was found guilty of hacking into company computers to steal information.
