In June 30, 1944, Terrence Funk, also known as Terry Funk, was born in Hammond, Indiana. From now on, he is 79 years. He was born to his father named Dory Funk and his mother Dorothy. Professional life
In 1965, Terry Funk worked in his father’s promotion of Dory Funk, Sr. in Amarillo, Texas, and began his career. By the end of the decade, he and his brother rose through the ranks and became big-money wrestlers.
Also, in 1968, they joined the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). Moving on, he defeated Jack Brisco for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in 1975. Finally, in 1985, he made his World Wrestling Federation (WWF) debut. He made a guest appearance against Tully Blanchard at Slamboree 1994.

He also vowed to help the fledgling Eastern Championship Wrestling by lending his talent and notoriety to the promotion. Unfortunately, he and Dory Funk lost a barbed wire match against Public Enemy on July 16.
IWA Japan held a King of the Death Match tournament in Kawasaki, Japan on August 20, 2995. Sadly, he lost to Mick Foley in an explosive ring, explosive C4, barbed wire, in the finals of the tournament.
He started taking independent bookings again, after his 3 month retirement. Similarly, he was signed by the WWF and debuted as Chainsaw Charlie. After that, he feuded with Foley on Raw and New Age Outlaw.
Terry walked over and threw them both into a dumpster and pushed them off the stage. When Foley resumed his solo career as Mankind in a feud with The Undertaker, he left the WWF.
