Taylor Zakhar Perez is reacting to his The kissing booth Comments from co-star Jacob Elordi criticizing the popular Netflix franchise.
Both actors were present at the GQ Men of the Year Party 2023 on Thursday (Nov. 16) at Bar Marmont in Los Angeles.
Jacob was one of the event’s honorees and made the kissing booth comments on your GQ article.
“I didn’t want to make those movies before I made them. Those movies are ridiculous. They are not universal. They are an escape,” Jacob said.

“I thought it was a shame because as far as I know, everyone else had a wonderful experience,” Taylor said. Variety in the event.
“It’s a shame that that was his experience on set. Especially when those movies came out, it was a time where we really needed something like that,” Taylor continued. “I know from our interactions with fans, that I get stopped wherever I go, what kissing booth It means to people and what it gave them during such a dark time. “I guess the positive side is that it still made people laugh and feel good.”
Jacob also spoke with Variety at the event and said he has not spoken to his kissing booth co-stars after making the comments.
“I am incredibly grateful to everyone who participates,” Jacob said.
