Sydney Sweeney found great success on HBO Euphoriabut it was not an instant hit with all members of his family.
The 25-year-old actress has been involved with the show since 2019. During a recent interview, she recalled how her father and grandfather reacted after deciding to broadcast it on their own without any kind of notice about the content.

Talking with sunday timeSydney said her father and grandfather were “not ready” to watch the show, which features heavy and sexual content.
“My dad and grandpa turned it off and left,” she shared (via People), implying that his grandmother was more supportive since the tiebreaker. “She’s a huge fan of mine,” she shared. “I take her all over the world to my different sets and make her an extra.”
Her mother was also prepared as she had arrived on set to visit Sydney while the show was being filmed. “I didn’t prepare my dad at all,” she admitted.
The actress recently opened up about her relationship with co-star Glen Powell and the third season of Euphoriawhich could be delayed due to the ongoing writers’ strike.
