Suvinder Pal Vicky was born on Sunday, 4 March 1973 (age 49 years; as in 2022) in Sirsa, Haryana, India. His zodiac sign is Pisces. In 1980, when Suvinder was seven, his father was transferred to Chandigarh, and he completed the rest of his schooling at DAV Public School, Sector 8, Chandigarh. He studied graduation in Arts. Suvinder enrolled herself at Punjabi University in Patiala, where she earned a Master of Arts degree in Theater and Television.

Since childhood, Suvinder was inclined towards acting as his father used to act and direct theatrical productions in Chandigarh while having a steady job. In an interview, he revealed that the first theatrical production in which he acted was Bharatendu Harishchandra’s Andheri Nagari Chaupat Raja, when he was in eighth grade in school. While completing his graduation, Suvinder participated in various drama competitions, youth festivals and theatrical productions. Before acting in films, he started working with the Punjabi television channel Lashkara TV in Chandigarh.

In 2004, Suvinder started acting in Punjabi films and made his debut in the Punjabi film Des Hoya Pardes, in which he played the role of Sukhbir Singh starring Gurdas Maan and Juhi Chawla.
Later, he appeared as Savinderpal Vicky in the Punjabi film Munde Uk De (2009) and as Kharku Singh in Yaaraan Naal Baharaan 2 (2012). In 2015, he received positive praise for playing the role of Joginder Singh in the Punjabi film Chauthi Koot (The Fourth Direction).

In 2016, Suvinder debuted in Bollywood with the film Udta Punjab, in which she played the role of Kakku.
In 2019, he gained recognition in Bollywood by playing the role of protagonist Lal Singh in the film Kesari starring Akshay Kumar.

In 1995, Suvinder made her television debut with the Hindi show Full Tension on DD National. Later, he appeared in the Punjabi TV show Professor Money Plant (2001) on Zee Alpha Punjabi and the Hindi TV show Meet Mila De Rabba (2008) on Sony TV.
