Suchika Tariyal was born on Thursday, 16 August 1990 (age 32 years; as in 2022) in Delhi, India. She hails from Uttarkashi in Uttarakhand, India. His zodiac sign is Leo. She went to DAV Public School, Dehradun. He studied from Delhi University. When she was 12, she went to a barber shop to get her hair cut; The barber misbehaved with him. After this incident, he decided to take self-defense classes in any combat sport. He started learning judo. Later, he participated in many national competitions and represented India in many international competitions. In 2013, he started working in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and in 2022, worked as a head constable in CISF.

He started participating in state level judo competitions in 2007 and won a medal in the first competition. She has played in under 48 kg category and 57 kg category. He finished 7th in the 2011 World Cup held in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He participated in the 2011 World Championships in Paris. He participated in the 7th South Asia Judo Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2014. He participated in All India Police Judo Cluster Championship in 2016. He trained at the National Institute of Sports Patiala. After her marriage, she started training in Delhi under coach Vikram Solanki. He participated in the 35th National Games at the Senior National Judo Championship held at Bhubaneswar, Odisha in 2012, at the Senior National Judo Championship held at Himachal Pradesh in February 2014, at the Senior National Judo Championship held at Haridwar, Uttarakhand in December 2014. Participated in Senior National Judo Championship held at Kerala in 2015, Senior National Judo Championship held at Chandigarh in 2015 and Senior National Judo Championship held at Chennai, Tamil Nadu in 2017. He participated in the Senior National Judo Championship held at Jammu in 2018, the Senior National Judo Championship held at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh in 2019 and the Senior National Ranking Judo Championship held at Delhi in 2019.
