FFXIV Fan Fest Las Vegas 2023 Stage Schedule Announced
in just over two weeks final fantasy 14 Fans will finally be able to meet again, celebrate the game and the community, and be among the first to see the next expansion. Today, Square Enix revealed the Fan Fest stage schedule, giving us a better idea of what to expect during the event at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Friday, July 28
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Keynote Join producer and director Naoki Yoshida on stage to announce the latest update for Final Fantasy XIV. Speaker: Naoki Yoshida Language: English/Japanese
- 11:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony Guests from the Final Fantasy XIV executive and development team arrived to greet attendees and kick off the show. Moderators: Matt Hilton Languages: English/Japanese
- 1:00pm – 2:00pm Kingdom Review To celebrate the upcoming 10th anniversary, the North American community team has reviewed the impactful updates made to Final Fantasy XIV over the years. From big moments to community memes, join us on this trip back up the memory lane. Speaker: Aya Montoya, Danielle Grafft Language: English
- 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm From the End: Endwalker Annotated Review the creation of Endwalker with members of the development team. Speaker: Naoki Yoshida, Natsuko Ishikawa Language: English/Japanese
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm Glamor Life – Cosplay Walk We have cosplayers of all skill levels showing off their outfits on stage for all to see! Come and enjoy the pomp and dedication on display! Speaker: Aya Montoya, Danielle Grafft Language: English
- 7:00pm – 8:00pm Piano Concert Reminisce about past adventures and enjoy FFXIV’s captivating tunes in a piano concert performed by Keiko. To ensure that all attendees can enjoy the concert without distraction, video recording or recording of the performance is strictly prohibited. - 1:00pm – 3:00pm The four semi-finals of the Crystal Clash North America 2023 Regional Championship will bring excitement to the main stage of the Fan Festival to see who can claim the North American title. America! Presented by: Naoki Yoshida, Aya Montoya, Brian Ricardo, Frosty Language: English
- 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Creative Language Talk Kate Cwynar, Head of English Localization, gives us a behind-the-scenes look at how the team used language to bring together the myriad worlds of Final Fantasy XIV into life and the role the partnership played in bringing Endwalker’s extended story to life. Into the reality of the important role of the global audience. Also, Koji Fox will be there for some reason. Speakers: Kate Cwynar, Michael-Christopher Koji Fox, Matt Hilton Languages: English
- 7:00pm – 8:30pm THE PRIMALS LIVE CONCERT Relive the triumphant moment when everyone’s favorite Final Fantasy XIV band, THE PRIMALS, performed on catchy soundtracks in an explosive live show explode! To ensure that all attendees can enjoy the concert without distraction, video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited during the performance. Language: English/Japanese
The end of the day concert will not be broadcast. Everything else, however, can be watched live on Final Fantasy XIV’s Twitch channel.
For attendees, registration will be open on Thursday, July 27, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m
