Smash Mouth’s Steve Harwell dies at age 56 as a result of liver failure

Steve Harwell, the lead singer of Smash Mouth, has sadly passed away.

According to TMZ, the musician passed away over the weekend after it was revealed that he had been in hospice for liver failure. He was just 56 years old.
