‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown ‘Brought to Tears’ for Support After Son Garrison’s Death

A week after his son Garrison Brown died in an apparent suicide, sister wives Star Janelle Brown took to Instagram to share her gratitude for those who supported her during this unfortunate time.

In the post, Janelle said that she had cried over the news she received from High Country Human City and Ark Cat Sanctuary.

“I am being informed of everyone’s donations to High Country Human and Ark Cats Sanctuary in Garrison’s name,” she wrote. “Thank you all for your generosity. It means a lot”.

Janelle Brown also wrote that the cats Garrison adopted from both agencies were very important to him. “He loved being a cat dad,” he added. Janelle then shared a series of photos of Garrison with his cat.

Garrison reportedly passed away on March 5. He was 25 years old at the time of his death. Janelle Brown, who shared Garrison with her ex-husband Kody, announced her passing in an Instagram post.

“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” Janelle wrote. “He was a bright spot in the lives of everyone who knew him. The loss of him will leave such a void in our lives that he will take our breath away. “We ask that you respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”

TMZ reported at the time that police discovered Garrison dead in his Arizona home. His brother Gabriel called the authorities after finding him unconscious. Garrison previously stated that he had a strained relationship with his father Kody.

Janelle Brown’s son Garrison adopted a cat days before her death

Just before he passed away, Janelle Brown’s son Garrison took to Instagram to announce that he had adopted a cat named Mrs. Buttons.

“Last edition at my house, Mrs. Buttons,” Garrison wrote. “She is 9 years old and was in line for euthanasia, but my savior complex was not enough.”

In addition to sharing some photos of the cat, Garrison wrote and used the hashtag #crazycatlady at the end of the post. Garrison apparently had three cats at the time of his death.

After his death was announced, Garrison’s followers quickly took to the post to ask where he donated the feline. “If anyone knows what cat rescue organization Garrison worked with, please share the name so we can all donate in his honor,” one follower wrote.

Another added: “I made a donation to the local cat rescue in her honor. Please consider donating to a cat rescue in your local area so we can help cats across the country and around the world. I think this act would bring a smile to his face and perhaps some comfort to his family knowing that others are spreading kindness in his name.”
