On 24 November 2017, Siddhaanth got married to the Russian model-actor Alesia Raut, who was earlier married to Russian Economist Alexander Yanovskiy.
Alesia has a son named Mark from her first husband. In an interview, when Siddhaanth was asked how he met his second wife, he said that the Indian actress Jaswir Kaur played a cupid for them. He said,
So once, Jaswir asked me to meet Alesia as she was a friend of hers too. Alesia and I instantly connected. Both of us have kids and we were looking forward to settling down, and this was perfect. Fortunately for us, our kids have bonded well with each other too.”

According to some media sources, while he was married to Ira Surayavanshi, he had an extra-marital affair with his co-actor Priya Bathija, who forced him to divorce Ira. Later, Siddhaanth and Priya got separated. .

He was also featured in TV commercials for brands like Oreo.
Television
In 2001, he started his career as an actor with the Hindi TV serial ‘Kkusum’ in which he played a cameo role as Gautam. He then acted in many popular Hindi TV serials such as ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ (2002; aired on Star Plus), ‘Mamta’ (2006; aired on Zee TV), ‘Bhagyavidhaata’ (2009; on Colors TV), Suryaputra Karn (2015; on Sony TV), and ‘Waaris’ (2016; on And TV). In 2020, he played the male lead in the Zee TV serial ‘Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti.’
Film
In 2009, he made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Kisses Love Phillum Dosti-Truth Or Dare.’
Modelling Trainer
Siddhaanth, along with his second wife, had started an institute named ‘Cocoaberry,’ a training institute for models.
Death
On 11 November 2022, while he was working out at a gym in Mumbai, he suffered a major heart attack and collapsed on the ground. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared brought dead.
