Siby Thomas was born on Friday, 15 December 1972 (age 49 years; as in 2021) in Kanhangad, Kasaragod, Kerala, India. Siby Thomas completed his degree in B.Sc Chemistry from Nirmalagiri College, Kannur. In 2003, soon after completing his graduation, he joined the Kerala Police as a Circle Inspector.

The following year, he appeared as a sub-inspector in the film Kuttanadan Marappa, as Basura Chandran in Premasutthram, as a professor in Kamuki, and as Praveen Kumar in Oru Kuprasiddha Payyan. In 2019, he was cast as Dr. Tony Jose in the film Sidharth Enna Njan and the film Happy Sardar. In 2020, she appeared as Esther Villa Security in the film Trance. In 2021, he was seen in the film Jai Bheem and played the character of SP Ashok Vardan. The film was directed by TJ Gnanavel.
