Latifa MR Al Maktoum was born on Thursday, 16 June 1983 (age 40 years; as in 2023) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. After completing her schooling, she joined Zayed University, a public university in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Marketing and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration with Honors.

In 2008, he began working in the Arts and Culture Department of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. He is responsible for the cultural and creative landscape, including overseeing the Dubai Creative Economy Strategy. In 2020, Latifa bint Mohammed Al Maktoum delivered a speech at the Global Women’s Forum in Dubai. During the same year, he also participated in a “sofa session” with Becky Anderson, anchor of CNN’s Connect the World and managing editor of CNN Abu Dhabi. The session discussed “Accessible Creativity: Inclusivity and Diversity” at the World Conference on Creative Economy 2021, which was held at Expo 2020 Dubai.
