Shawn Roden was born on Wednesday, 2 April 1975 (age 46 at death) in Kingston, Jamaica. His zodiac sign is Aries. Shaun was inclined towards sports since his teenage years. He played football and cricket in his teenage years. In 1990, he moved from Jamaica to the United States where he developed an interest in bodybuilding.

livelihood
When he was 17, he started working out in the gym to gain the physical strength and body shape required for bodybuilding. During his early years of bodybuilding, he suffered serious injuries and took a break from bodybuilding for a short period of time.
He was then encouraged by Mr. Universe Yohanny Shambaugh to continue his training and participate in bodybuilding competitions. After suffering a serious injury to his right arm in 1993, his doctors advised him to quit bodybuilding. Although his doctors advised him to quit bodybuilding, he continued his training and participated in several bodybuilding competitions. Due to some personal and professional setbacks, he once became an alcoholic and took a break from bodybuilding. In 2010 he returned to bodybuilding and won an IFBB Pro card. He competed in various seasons of the Mr. Olympia contest, a professional men’s bodybuilding competition, and in 2018 he won the title for the first time.
Controversy
He was embroiled in a major controversy in October 2018 when he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in Salt Lake City, Utah. In July 2019, he was banned from participating in the Mr. Olympia competition 2019 after he was accused of rape, object rape and sexual assault.
