Demand was made. However, the actor later sent a “settlement draft” to his wife. Reportedly, Shamas worked as Nawazuddin’s manager from 2008-2020, during which he was accused of cheating and betraying Nawazuddin. The actor claimed that he has received legal notices from various government officials for the outstanding amount of Rs 37 crore, which was to be paid by Shamas. She further claimed that Shamas and Anjana blackmailed her through “cheap videos” and comments on social media. In response to the allegations made by Nawazuddin, Shamas wrote a long note for the actor on Twitter, in which he questioned his defamation case and also revealed his other legal matters.
