Sydney Sweeney opened up about the special challenges and quirks that make her starring role in Euphoria so exciting.
The 25-year-old actress brings Cassie to life in the hit HBO series. She also starred in The White Lotus, where she played Olivia in the first season.
During a recent interview, she compared the two roles and explained why Euphoria would always be her first choice.

Speaking to Variety, Sydney described playing Cassie’s personality as “challenging, crazy, deep,” explaining that it makes her more exciting to play.
“Cassie challenges me in so many different ways because she is such a character,” she explained. “As an actor, that’s so much fun to play because you go to these places you may never have gone before.”
That’s not to say that Olivia wasn’t a fun role. She described the character as “fun” and “snarky.”
Sydney also addressed some controversial photos from a birthday party that was thrown for her mom and rumors about her relationship with co-star Glenn Powell.
