SEAL, the fan-favorite military drama, returns with a brand new season this weekend, Sunday, September 18 at 3:01 a.m. ET on Paramount+. Created by Benjamin Cavell, the series explores the personal and professional lives of the Navy SEALs’ most elite units as they embark on some of the nation’s most demanding operations. Everything We Know About SEAL Team Season 6 Episode 1
SEAL Team’s sixth season will premiere on Paramount+ on Sunday, September 18, at 3:01 a.m. ET, with an opening episode titled Low Impact. It will consist of 10 episodes and will star David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes, Max Thieriot as Clay Spenser, Neil Brown Jr. as Raymond “Ray” Perry, AJ Buckley as Sonny Quinn, Toni Trucks as Lisa Davis and Raffi Barsoumian as Omar Hamza.
According to the official synopsis for the upcoming season:
“Team SEAL is a military drama that depicts the personal and professional lives of the Navy’s most elite SEAL team as they train, plan, and execute the most dangerous, high-risk operations the nation has ever seen. We can give them to them. Jason Hayes is the popular and ferocious captain of the Tier 1 team, whose personal life has been affected by his longtime warrior lifestyle.
Ray Perry, Sonny Quinn, Clay Spencer and Omar Hamza are on Hayes’ team. The summary continues:
“Lieutenant Lisa Davis, an officer with integrity, is vital to the team’s success. Deployed into covert operations around the world in no time, despite the damage they and their families suffered, this tight-knit SEAL team exudes tireless patriotism and brave determination. feeling under dire circumstances.”
Tyler Gray as Trent Sawyer, Justin Melnick as Brock Reynolds, Alona Tal as Stella Baxter, Kerri Medders as Emma Hayes, Parisa Fakhri as Naima Perry, C. Thomas Howell as Ash Spenser, Maximiliano Hernández as Carl Dryden, Mike Wade as Wes Soto, and Rachel Boston as Hannah Oliver are among the main characters of the series.
Season 5 recap
SEAL Team’s season 5 finale, titled All Bravo Stations, aired on January 23, 2022. It was directed by Christopher Chulack and written by Spencer Hudnut. Team Bravo is in danger in the episode as the police approach. The group climbs under the bridge and Davis is allowed to pass through Colombia. After what appeared in her report, Davis was given a second assignment when they got home. She’s just too excited to help with navy blunders. Meanwhile, Jason apologizes to his daughter for his behavior and they make up. He went to see Mandy, and although she was startled to see him, she reconnected with him. The two decide to reconcile and work on their friendship.
Ray is surprised to discover that the veteran is dead, but is determined to continue running the shelter. Sonny tried to apologize to Clay, but Clay didn’t listen and continued with his work. He informed Jason that he was leaving after the next mission. People are invited to remove a member of ISIS. Clay accepts Sonny’s apology, but their car blows up before they can actually make amends. The whole team is in danger. Sonny and Jason were covered in blood and three of them fired RPGs at them.

The official trailer for SEAL Team Season 6 debuted last month, giving fans a taste of what’s to come. The video is not for the faint of heart, especially Clay’s supporters, who witnessed him being carried away from a bomb site in Mali. A short time later, Stella seems to receive two different knocks on her door, each bringing different terrible news. On the other hand, Clay is seen in the hospital, awake and talking to Jason.
