Sana Javed married her long-time boyfriend Umair Jaswal on 20 October 2020. Umair Jaswal is a Pakistani film and television actor, singer-songwriter and music producer. The Nikah ceremony was held privately at Sana’s residence in Karachi. They separated on 28 November 2023.

Before pursuing a career in acting, Sana Javed worked as a model and also appeared in several television commercials. Sana Javed made her television debut in 2012 in a supporting role in the Pakistani soap opera “Mera Pehla Pyaar”. The same year, she appeared in Shehr-e-Zaat, a spiritual romantic drama. Sana gained popularity after her performance in the ARY Digital dramatization sequence “Pyare Afzal”. She played the character of Farah’s sister Lubna. After this, she became a part of many popular shows like Ranjish Hi Sahi, Meenu Ka Susraal, Hisaar E Ishq, Chingari, Koi Deepak Ho, Aitraaz and many more. Sana Javed rose to fame in 2016 after playing the promising role of an antagonist in Hum TV’s romantic drama “Zara Yaad Kar”. She was cast in the show alongside Zahid Ahmed and Yumna Zaidi. In 2017, Sana surprised the audience with her performance as Khaani in the romantic drama Khaani. Sana Javed started her film career in 2017 with the film “Mehrunisa We Love You”. Sana was featured in the social-comedy film opposite Danish Taimur. This film was highly appreciated by the audience in Pakistan.
Sana Javed has also worked in several Pakistani music videos, such as “Khair Mangada” by Atif Aslam, “Tere Bina” by Hina Nasrullah, and “Humne Pyaar Hai Pakistan Se.”
