In December 2019, Sajin Chandrasekhar started working for Indian Railways at the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai. He was selected for the ICF Kabaddi team. He played in many tournaments like South India Kabaddi match in Tirunelveli as a defender for ICF. In 2023, he became the captain of the Integral Coach Factory Kabaddi team. In September 2023, his ICF Kabaddi team became the All India Match Winner in the South India Kabaddi Tournament in Tirunelveli.

Sajin Chandrasekhar was a part of the Tamil Nadu senior Kabaddi team in 2022. During that time, he won several Kabaddi tournaments including the All India Tournament in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu and the 37th National Games in Goa.

In 2021, Sajin Chandrasekhar was bought by Puneri Paltans for Rs. 50,000 to play as a left cover defender in Season 8 of the Pro Kabaddi League. 10 lakhs. During Season 8, he played a total of 23 matches during the tournament. He maintained a tackle strike rate of 46 percent and scored 35 points overall in the tournament.
