Ryan Seacrest’s life has slowed down dramatically since his last episode of Live!
The 48-year-old star dropped out as co-host of Lives with Kelly and Ryan in April. He has since been replaced on the show by Kelly Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos.
Although there are already rumors of his return to the show, Ryan only made a guest appearance on Thursday (May 18).
While there, he revealed what he’s been up to in recent weeks and also made it clear if he’d tuned in to see his former co-host on the air.

“I have all kinds of time,” Ryan joked during his appearance, according to entertainment weekly. “There is this fascinating thing that I have experienced called time. I don’t know if you guys know. The alarm rings in the morning. It’s a gentle push.”
He continued, putting it quite thick: “I walk through the woods. The sun is here. I’m looking for the coffee beans. I harvest them,” he said.
Ryan also confirmed that he had been watching the show, making it clear that he is aware of the changes Mark made to the show’s “Truth Game”.
“I have to say I’ve been watching you, you guys are great. I love Mark doing the teasers. I love the promos I see. I love the game,” she shared.
