Lea Michele is one of the artists who will take the stage tonight at the Tony Awards 2023but is not nominated for any award.

The 36-year-old actress will act alongside the cast of the musical funny girl and it is widely believed that they will perform “Don’t Rain on My Parade”.

If this is true, it won’t be the first time Lea has sung the song at the Tony Awards. In fact, she performed the song at the Tony Awards 2010 right after Happiness became a great success!

Beanie Feldstein originated the role of Fanny Brice in the revival production, for which she was eligible for the award for Best Leading Actress in a Musical. Since Leah was her replacement, she is not eligible for the prizes.

Lea has said that she doesn’t mind winning a prize for Fanny. she told the New York Times, “You may think that’s the dumbest thing I’m going to say to you all day, but I really don’t care about that right now. It’s just about being able to play this part.”
