As an audio engineer, Riyasdin is proficient in Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Reaper, Track Live, Music Management, Sound, Digital Recording, Music Education, and Music Technology. In 2013, Riyasdin, while pursuing a Diploma in Audio Engineering, took a part-time job as a recording engineer for Shimmer Studios, Chennai and gained some experience in audio management. In 2014, Riyasdin started working as an assistant audio engineer for Sri Mutha Venkata Subba Rao Concert Hall, Chennai. Subsequently, he worked as a full-time sound engineer for KM Music Conservatory, Chennai. Riyasdin Sheikh Mohammed has been associated with many different music production companies such as AM Studios and YM Studios. He has also worked as a freelance mastering engineer for Apple for iTunes program to meet their standards and criteria for properly mastering music for iTunes (MFIT). Although Riyasdin was a part of the music industry for a long time, he got his first music credit for the music of the film ‘Tamasha’ (2015). The soundtrack of the film ‘Tamasha’ was composed by AR Rahman. Riyasdin Shaikh has worked as a live sound engineer for composers AR Rahman and Amit Trivedi. As an audio engineer, he has worked with companies such as Waves Audio and Audinate.
