The 33-year-old singer walked the red carpet at the event on Monday (December 4) in London, accompanied by her husband Taika Waititi.
Rita wore a simple black. Primark dress, but the main attraction of her outfit was elsewhere!

Attached to his bare back was a gleaming spinal prosthesis made of silver chrome spikes.
Rita took to Instagram to share more about her look and posted a video showing the piece’s assembly process.
“Last year, I don’t know if you remember, we made some noise because we put a prosthetic on my face, which was really cool,” he said. “But this time we’re going to make it bigger: a silver chrome spine. It will take about two or three hours to put it on.”
A year ago, Rita donned a mermaid-inspired facial prosthesis.
In the video, the “Lonely Together” singer explained how the addition of her prosthetic affected her clothing choice.
“Basically, we went with a very simple dress because the spine is such an important part of the look,” she said.
