When Renu Chopra got married to Ravi Chopra, she started coming to the sets. BR Chopra encouraged the women of the house to visit the sets and become a part of the team to understand everything better. Renu Chopra often came to the sets during the shooting and helped the crew in every possible way. She even used to select costumes for the actors while working with Ravi Chopra. His journey as a producer began when he worked with T-Series chairman Bhushan Kumar on Bhoothnath Returns in 2014. Since then, Renu has worked with her sons and other producers to release films like Bareilly Ki Barfi (2017), Ittefaq (2017), Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019), etc.

Facts/General Knowledge
- Before marriage, Ravi and Renu lived together for more than a year. Ravi wanted to work on his film before marriage as he did not want to be known as “BR Chopra’s son”.

- The Chopra family was facing financial crisis and Renu decided to sell the BR Films library to meet the expenses. The deal was settled for a few crores but the person on the other side did not make the full payment. Instead, he sold the library to Renu Chopra at three times the price it was offering. Renu Chopra decided to cancel the deal and return the money.
- Renu often came to the set to have lunch with Ravi. The food was provided in-house by BR Catering and they were known for homely Punjabi cooking.
- On 27 September 2020, Renu Chopra was invited to “The Kapil Sharma Show”.
