Reham Khan is a 49-year-old Pakistani media personality who was born on 3 April 1973 in Ajdabiya, Libya into a highly educated family. He spent his childhood in Baffa, Mansehra District, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. She completed her schooling from Presentation Convent School, Peshawar and later graduated in B.Ed. From Jinnah College for Women, Peshawar. He claims to have a master’s degree in Broadcast Media from Grimsby Institute, North East Lincolnshire, England.

Reham is a beautiful Pakistani journalist whose height is 5′ 7″ inches and her weight is around 55 kg. Despite crossing the age of 40, she looks quite fit and slim. Both his eyes and hair are black.

Reham Buffa belongs to a well-educated and prestigious family of Pakistan. Her father’s name is Nayyar Ramzan who was a doctor and mother’s name is Saeeda Nayyar who is very close to Reham.
He has an elder sister Salma Nayyar and a brother Munir Khan Nayyar. Like her family, Reham practices Islam and her ethnicity is Pashtun.
Reham married her first cousin Ijaz-ur-Rehman (a psychiatrist) in 1992 and they fathered three children. They have a son Sahir Rehman and two daughters Inaaya Rehman and Ridha Rehman. They both separated in 2006 due to some family issues.
Later, on 6 January 2015, she married the famous Pakistani cricketer and politician ‘Imran Khan’, but they separated within a year of their marriage.
In December 2022, she took to Twitter to announce her third marriage to an American-based Pakistani actor and satirist named Mirza Bilal in the American city of Seattle.

Reham started working as a media personality after her separation from her ex-husband Ijaz-ur-Rehman in 2006. She joined Legal TV and started working as a leading television presenter. Later, in 2007, she moved to Sunshine Radio Hereford & Worcester and worked as “Breakfast News Presenter” for a year. In 2008, she joined BBC and worked as a weather presenter and with time, she became a senior journalist in the same channel. After working in BBC for a few years, she went back to her country Pakistan and got associated with big personalities of Pakistani media and worked for them. He also tried his luck in the entertainment industry and made his debut as a producer with the film Janaan in 2016.

- After her divorce from her first husband, Ijaz-ur-Rehman, she claimed that she had faced domestic violence during her first marriage. While Ijazur rejected her claims and said that she is just trying to destroy his reputation to gain sympathy.
- He claims to have a master’s degree in Broadcast Media from North Lindsey College, England. But, in 2015, a British newspaper reported that the college refused to admit any student named “Reham Khan”, proving that the degree was fake.
- On 12 July 2018, she launched her autobiography titled “Reham Khan” and made many shocking revelations about various personalities. As a result, she received several legal notices from businessman Syed Zulfiqar Bukhari, her ex-husband Imran Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf foreign media head Anila Khawaja and psychiatrist Ijaz-ur-Rehman for defaming her.
