Pukhraj Bhalla is an Indian actor and singer who predominantly works in Punjabi films. He is the son of popular Punjabi comedian and actor Jaswinder Bhalla.

Pukhraj Bhalla was born on Tuesday, 20 November 1990 (age 31 years; as in 2021) in Ludhiana, Punjab. Their zodiac sign is Scorpio. For primary and secondary education he attended Guru Nanak Public Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana. Later, he joined Punjabi University, Patiala to study Bachelor of Technology.

Pukhraj Bhalla started his acting career in 2013 with the film “Stupid 7”. The film was based on the Punjabi musical play “Me and My Story” and starred Milind Gaba, Pukhraj Bhalla, Jasmeet Kaur, Karenjit Singh, Saiby Sodhi, Guneet Kaur, Sukhman Brar and Janatpreet in the lead roles. Pukhraj played the character named Saheb and received a lot of appreciation for it. Next, he appeared in Vijay Kumar Arora’s comedy-drama film “Ronde Saare Vyah Pichho”. Pukhraj Bhalla improved his acting skills with each passing role and thus earned opportunities to work under big banners in Pollywood. She has played supporting roles in films like ‘Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua’, ‘Vaisakhi List’, ‘Harjeeta’ and ‘Afsar’.

Pukhraj Bhalla rose to fame after appearing in the Punjabi language comedy-drama web series “Yaar Jigri Kasuti Degree”, released on 15 September 2018. Created by Rabbi Tiwana, the series was based on the lives of college students. Pukhraj Bhalla as Jaspreet Singh Randhawa aka Jas, Karan Sandhawalia as Lakhwinder Singh aka Lucky, Sukhdeep Sapra as Anmoldeep Singh Sidhu aka Anmol, Amrit Ambi as Gurshabd Singh Brar aka As Lali, Pratik Singh Rai was portrayed as Ekamvir Singh Gill aka Ekam and Karanvir. Deol as Rupinder Singh Oberoi aka Roop. The series gained immense popularity among the audience and proved to be the first commercially successful Punjabi web series.

Pukhraj Bhalla stepped into the field of singing in 2018 when he sang his first song “Zalma” for the web series “Yaar Jigri Kasuti Degree”. His first song was well received by the audience and gave him recognition as a Punjabi singer. Over the years, he released several music singles including “Anginat” under Speed Records, “Hostel Boliyaan” and “Dil Haare” under Troll Punjabi.
