Priya is an 18 years old (born 28 October 1999) Malayali girl, who was born and brought up in Punkunnam, Thrissur, Kerala, India. She started learning classical dance and classical music at a very young age. She dreamed of becoming a famous star since childhood. Her facial expressions in the song Manikya Malaraya Poovi from her debut Malayalam film Oru Adaar Love (2018) made her a star on social media platforms.
