Priti is one of the most prominent educators in the state of Gujarat. During her early days, she began her career as a dentist. Likewise, in 1996 she was appointed president of the Adani Foundation.
After the Bhuj earthquake in 2001, he founded the Adani DAV School in Mundra.
The school was later renamed as Adani Public School. Furthermore, in June 2009, Priti and her husband founded Adani Vidya Mandir in Bhadreshwar (near Mundra) and Ahmedabad.
Additionally, Adani Vidya Mandir offers free higher secondary education to underprivileged children.
Likewise, Priti was also appointed as the president of the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) Residential School in Delhi. It is the largest tribal educational institution and tribal university in the world.
