Pratik Garg got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Anila Kharbanda (television actress) on 10 April 2020.

On 8 July 2020, the couple tied the knot in a close-knit ceremony in Kashmir. On her wedding day, Anila made a unique entry on a shikara (boat). Also, she is called as Pranila by her friends and family members.

In an interview, Anila told that some problems arose a day before her marriage. He said,
Just a week before our big day, the wedding planner backed out, the venue was sealed and a red alert was issued by the weather department for heavy rain. It was very chaotic but eventually everything fell into place. We managed things on our own. It was more difficult because I was still in my hometown Delhi.

Talking further about her wedding day she said,
I entered as a bride on a shikara (boat) and everything was grand and beautiful. Even though there was chaos before the wedding, the wedding day was unforgettable. I am currently in Raipur (Chhattisgarh) with his family. He made me feel very comfortable. We will go to Europe for our honeymoon.”

Pratik started his career as a model in 2012. She has acted in many popular commercials like Kingfisher Airlines commercial with Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Subsequently, he made three advertisement films for the beverage brand Pepsi. In 2014, he appeared in the short film ‘Yellow Balloon’, in which he played the role of a transgender person. Directed by Minjae Kang, the film is a short story about a man who helps a young girl retrieve a yellow balloon that has fallen into the branches of a tree. The story also talks about possessions and how adults hold on to things, while young children let go of things and enjoy the moment. This film was selected as Top 10 Short Films in India and won Best Story and Best Actress awards in the year 2014–2015. In 2016, he played for Mumbai Tigers in the Box Cricket League.

In the same year, Pratik starred in the Bollywood film ‘Beimaan Love’ alongside Sunny Leone and Rajneesh Duggal, marking his acting debut in Bollywood.
