Pranati Nayak is an Indian artistic gymnast. She earned a bronze medal at the 2019 Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. He was named to represent India at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. In 2012, she began playing at the senior international elite level in artistic gymnastics.

Pranati Nayak played the Children’s Asiad in Russia in 2014 along with Dipa Karmakar. She scored 4th on beam and 5th on vault in the all-around final of this Asiad. Pranati, who won a medal in the World Championship in Artistic Gymnastics, is counted at third place after India’s famous gymnasts Dipa Karmakar and Aruna Reddy. In 2020, Pranathi Nayak, along with Milka Gehani of Sri Lanka, secured a continental quota place for the 2020 Summer Olympics. She got this quota in artistic gymnastics after the cancellation of the 2021 Asian Championships. In 2021, she was selected to compete at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games as an artistic gymnast. In 2023, Pranati participated in the Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. At the event, she qualified for the finals in both the vault and all-around gymnastics competitions. In the women’s vault semi-finals, she placed sixth with 12.716 points and became one of eight qualifiers for the final. Additionally, despite finishing 23rd overall in the all-around competition, Pranathi qualified for the final as rules state a country can have a maximum of only two gymnasts in the final round.
