As an evolution begins, Quaquaval is a great Pokémon to bring to Tera Raids Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Quaquaval is a Water/Fight dual-type Pokémon with a high Attack stat and an even distribution of the remaining stats, making it a good all-rounder that can be crafted in a variety of ways.
Every player in a raid should focus on their best character and here’s what to expect from Tera Raids Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Quaquaval has 120 Attack, which is what players should focus on when building. The first and easiest step for players to increase the attack power of their Quaquaval is to give them attack power-boosting traits by purchasing a special mint available in Mesagoza, preferably Adamant.
Best Tera Raid Migration for Quaquaval
The sword dance is the most important move in Quaquaval. The non-destructive move boosts the user’s attack power by two stages per cast, which can turn Quaquaval into a powerhouse that continuously attacks enemies with tons of damage. Unfortunately, this move can only be learned through TM . crafting recipes Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, the mentioned recipe can only be obtained by defeating the Star Battle-style Crew. From there, the player will have two powerful physical attacks, a water-type attack and a grappling-type attack.
Quaquaval’s Torrent ability causes water attacks to do more damage, so this is preferred. The first option is Aqua Step, Quaquaval’s signature move that deals damage and increases the user’s speed. A better option is Liquidation, a water-based physical attack that has a 20% chance to decrease the target’s defense with each attack. Considering how Attack is central to this build, this is the way to go. For combat action, melee is the way to go for the same reason. Both moves can be learned through leveling up or TM.
Unfortunately, unlike Skeledirge’s Tera Raid construction, there is no Hand Item that combines with both moves. Therefore, the best option is Clear Amulet to prevent Quaquaval’s stats from being lowered by raid bosses, which many players expect. There is left an additional moving cell that the player can fill in as he wishes. All that remains is to train Quaquaval with the correct EV Pokémon Crimson and Violet.
