The outlet also revealed all the details about Pete‘s community service terms, as he entered into a diversion program.

As part of his 50 hours of community service, Pete will be working at the NYFD, which is the same place that his father, who passed away on 9/11, worked.

In addition, Pete is also required to “complete 12 hours of traffic school” and “appear at a morgue for some education on what happens to people when they’re victims of a reckless driver.”

His community service terms came almost 5 years after Pete got some flack for his comments about firefighters on Staten Island on Saturday Night Live.

“Don’t get me wrong, I know Staten Island isn’t all heroin and racist cops. It also has meth and racist firefighters,” he said during a Weekend Update stint.
