Pari Bishnoi was born on Monday, 26 February 1996 (age 27 years; as in 2023) in Kakra village, Bikaner, Rajasthan. His zodiac sign is Pisces. She completed her schooling from St. Mary’s Convent School, Ajmer. Later, he obtained his bachelor’s degree from Indraprastha College, Delhi University. After this he obtained a master’s degree in Political Science from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer.

Pari Bishnoi’s father Maniram Bishnoi is a lawyer. His grandfather, Gopiram Bishnoi, has served as the Sarpanch (village head) of Kakra village for four consecutive terms. His mother, Sushila Bishnoi, is a Station House Officer (SHO) in the Government Railway Police (GRP). He has a younger sister.

Pari Bishnoi started preparing for UPSC exam during her graduation itself. While preparing for UPSC, he qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) examination and obtained Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) rank in the field of Political Science. In 2019, he passed the UPSC exam and secured 30th All India Rank. This was his third attempt. He is posted as SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate) in Gangtok, Sikkim. In 2022, he was appointed as the Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
