Paramount+ is putting the spotlight on boy bands from the ’90s and early ’00s!

The streaming service has acquired a documentary about the boy band-obsessed era and its place in pop culture. Variety reports.

Veteran music manager Johnny Wright, who has managed groups such as New Kids on the Block, *NSYNC, 98 Degrees and more, has teamed up with Gunpower and Sky CEO Van Toffler to produce the upcoming documentary.

“The ’90s boy band era had an indelible impact and will forever be woven into the pop culture landscape,” Bruce Gilmer, president of music, musical talent, programming and events at Paramount+ and head of Paramount+, said in a statement.
