Palak Gulia is an Indian air pistol shooter. She mainly competes in 10 meter air pistol shooting events. He won the gold medal in the 10m air pistol event at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China.

Palak Gulia was born on Wednesday, 9 November 2005 (age 17 years; as in 2023) in Village Nimana, Jhajjar, Haryana. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. He did his schooling at Sehwag International School in Jhajjar, Haryana and St. Xavier’s High School in Gurgaon. When Palak was studying in a school in her village, she started participating in sports competitions.

livelihood
While she was in school, she moved from Jhajjar to Gurgaon with her family and started taking training in pistol shooting. After this he continued his training at Faridabad Shooting Range under the guidance of his coach Rakesh Singh.
After a few years of training, he started participating in air pistol shooting competitions at national and international levels. Some of such competitions are ISSF Rifle/Pistol World Shooting Championship, ISSF World Cup Championship, IJC ISSF Junior Cup Championship, Khelo India Youth Games and Asian Games. She was ranked 11th in the 10 meter air pistol women by the International Shooting Sport Federation in 2023. He has participated in competitions like APW, APMT, APMIX and APTEAMW.
