He accused John B. of killing Rafe
Ward’s misconduct came to light when Raff shot Sheriff Peterkin. Peter King shows up at the airport to arrest Ward for the murder of John B. Sr. To protect his father, Raff shot Peterkin so Ward wouldn’t go to jail.
In return, Ward did not bring Peterkin back to life and blamed John B, not his son. Since then, a massive search for John B has begun throughout the Outer Banks, although the real killer is Raff. Ward is considered one of the worst. Outer bands Later characters, as he blames an innocent teenager when his son is the culprit. Not even feeling guilty for ruining John B.’s life, it just tells fans where his priorities are.
When Ward realized his daughter had turned her back on her family, he tried to kill her
Sarah Cameron (Ward’s daughter) was with John B. when he evaded the police in connection with the murder of Sherif Peterkin. The two fall in love and she learns that John B. is innocent and her brother and father are guilty. Fans spread the word about this relationship, as they were willing to die together to hide her family.
The couple went to sea during the storm and are later presumed dead. But Ward was relieved to know his daughter was still alive. Until he realizes that Sarah is willing to turn her back on her family, blame Rafe and save her boyfriend. When Ward realized Sarah was going to hand him and Raff over to him, he tried to kill her. Attempting to kill not only shows that he is on an immoral path, but the fact that the person he loves is his daughter makes the act all the more horrifying.
An argument with John B. Senior began his downfall
Surprisingly, Ward’s crime didn’t begin when his son killed Sheriff Peterkin – it started when John B.’s father, John B. Sr., disappeared about a year ago. John B. told the cameras that his father was on a treasure hunt and got lost at sea during the search. Everyone thought he was dead, but John B. thought he was alive.
John B. did some more research on gold and he discovered that Ward and his father were actually looking for gold as a unit. During a violent altercation, Ward and John B. Sr. got into an altercation that caused John B. Sr. head injury. Ward realizes that he has “killed him” and throws him into the sea. That’s when fans realized Ward couldn’t be redeemed. John B. Sr. considered by the locals to be a serious and likable person. Outer bands So it would be inexcusable if Ward didn’t help him. No matter how they argued, he should have helped old John B. Sr, not pushed him into the sea.
…his argument with John B. was a hoax
When Ward realized how close John B. had come to finding the treasure, he went into a rage. Ward hates that a teenager is closer to gold than he is. Despite Ward’s efforts to strike a deal, John B., realizing Ward’s dangerous and manipulative nature, fled from him.
The two got into a fight, and Ward, realizing how badly he would look at others, wanted to blame John B. He stabbed himself with a hook, blamed John B and made him the bad guy. It was definitely unpredictable and shocking to fans who didn’t think he would be so manipulative and calculated. His determination to trap John B. is very disturbing.
He married John B.’s. work hard and steal gold
Porgs don’t always make the smartest decisions Outer bandsBut they realized that the gold was buried in an old house where an old woman lived with almost nothing to see and hear, proving they had found something.
The Poggs broke into the house in the middle of the night and found the gold buried below the surface in the basement. However, Ward discovered what Poggses was doing, then entered the house, stole the gold (along with their hard work) and put the gold elsewhere. As in any other TV show, the heroes are constantly thwarted by villains – and that’s repeated here. Ward may have won this time around, but Porgs wouldn’t have lost without a fight.
He shot and killed an innocent man
Although Porgs are teenagers, they are smarter than Ward and his dark ways. In the end, they discovered that there was another witness to the murder of Sheriff Peter King – pilot Gavin on the runway.
Porgs makes a cryptic phone call to Gavin to let him know they’re after him. This horrified Gavin, who phoned Ward to demand more money to keep him quiet about the murder. When Gavin and Ward met, Gavin admitted that he still had the murder weapon (with Raff’s fingerprints on it). To cement his place as the show’s villain and shock fans everywhere, Ward killed Gavin and took the murder weapon.
He made it clear that Sarah was his favorite child
Ward has three children: Raff, Sarah and Wizzy. However, he doesn’t treat Ruff and Wizzy the same way he treats Sarah. Raff sees his father’s feelings for Sarah and grows jealous, that’s why he will kill people for his father’s love.
Also, Ward barely noticed Wheezie and pushed her aside. By choosing a favorite child, he ignored the needs and feelings of other children, which may have led to Raff’s death. It will be interesting to see how this move changes Outer bands Season 3.
The real reason he became the guardian of John B.
When John B. realized he needed to go to the History Library at Chapel Hill for more information on Dane Tenney, he invited Sarah to come along because her family had donated a large number of artifacts to the school.
Sarah and John B. are getting close to gold, so when Ward finds out, he wants to distance himself from his enemies. Since John B. was essentially an orphan, Ward quickly became John B.’s legal guardian and moved him into their home. He did this to learn more about gold. Because John B. trusted him, the manipulation strategy was twisted. Some Outer bands fans on reddit It is speculated that Ward, as John B.’s legal guardian, will return to haunt him in season three.
he fed the shark two people
In the first season, two unidentified villains travel to the Outer Banks in search of John B. Sr.’s compass. These two ravage towns, destroy homes, and are ready to hurt anyone who gets in their way. But suddenly, both disappeared. The coroner then called Sherif Peterkin to tell her that the two bodies had washed up on the beach. It is believed that these people died at sea from sharks, but that is not the case.
The coroner identified the bodies and found that they all showed signs of fighting. It was later pointed out that Ward hired the men and then killed them when they got too close to gold. His growing greed has definitely set him on a dark path, so who knows what he’ll do in season three to knock Porgs out of his story once and for all.
