Nitin Rawal was born on Wednesday, 4 September 1996 (age 27 years; as in 2023) in Village Bapauli, District Panipat, Haryana. His zodiac sign is Virgo. He started playing cricket in his childhood, but eventually switched to Kabaddi after encouragement from his family.
Nitin Rawal honed his skills with time and started participating in local tournaments in his village. His talent was spotted during the Under-14 and Under-17 Kabaddi Championships, due to which national coach JP Singh selected him to join the SAI (Sports Authority of India) center in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
