Nimrat Khaira was born on 22 December 1992 (age 26 years; as in 2018) in Mustafapur, Punjab. His zodiac sign is Capricorn.

She did her schooling from DAV School, Batala and went to HMV College, Jalandhar to pursue her graduation in Biotechnology. Nimrat was inclined towards acting since childhood but later she became interested in singing. He learned classical music from Sushil Narang. When Khaira was in 12th grade, she participated in the singing reality show “Awaaz Punjab Di”, but was eliminated from the show after being selected among the top 20 contestants. In 2012, he won season 3 of the show “Voice of Punjab”.

Nimrat started her singing career in 2015 with the duet “Rabb Karke” with Nishwan Bhullar. Subsequently, he released his single track “Ishq Kacheri” and gained widespread popularity. Subsequently, Nimrat released various Punjabi songs which became instant hits like “SP De Rank Waragi,” “Salute Wajde,” “Tanvi Changa Lagda,” “Rohab Rakhdi”. He has done playback singing for many films including ‘Dubai Wale Sheikh’ in the film ‘Manje Bistre’, ‘Aakhar’ in the film ‘Lahoriya’. Some of his popular songs include “Suit,” “Designer,” “Brobar Boli,” “Ranihaar,” and “Tohar.”
In 2017, she made her acting debut by playing the role of ‘Harleen Kaur’ in the Punjabi film “Lahoriye”. In 2018, she appeared in the lead role in the film “Afsar” alongside Tarsem Jassar.
