Neha Singh Rathore started her career as a singer in 2020 by uploading her songs on her YouTube channel under the title ‘Dharohar’. He uploaded his first song ‘Karkhana Band Hoi Gaile Hamar Piya’ on his YouTube channel on 13 May 2020. During the Corona virus epidemic, he composed several songs in which he mentioned the lockdown situation. Some of his songs related to the Corona virus epidemic include ‘Corona Pandemic Ho Gayil’ and ‘Corona Ke Daibe Chuni Chuni Gaari’. She became famous after her song ‘Bihar Mein Ka Ba’ went viral on the internet, which she uploaded before the Bihar elections in 2020. He sang this song in response to Manoj Bajpayee’s rap song ‘Bambai Mein Ka Ba’. In November 2022, he presented in the program “Sahitya Aaj Tak”, in which he opposed the poetess Anamika through her poetry.
She made her acting debut in the Netflix film “Khakee: The Bihar Chapter” in November 2022. He played a small role in the film.
In February 2023, he performed at the Democracy Festival held in Delhi, where he sang a folk song describing the incident in UP when a female laborer gave birth to a child on the road.

Trolled for his song ‘Like University Mein Admission’
After the release of Neha Singh Rathod’s song ‘Like University Mein Admission’ in November 2020, she was trolled a lot on social media. In the song, Neha accused Allahabad Central University (IVV) and called it ‘Oxford of the East’. He also raised questions on the university’s student union in his song. After this the university students got enraged and demanded legal action against them. On behalf of the students, a memorandum has been submitted to the Chief Proctor demanding registration of FIR against Neha Singh Rathore.

In 2023, Neha Singh Rathod received a legal notice from the UP government over her song “UP Mein Ka Ba Season 2” which she released on 16 February 2023. In this song he talked about the Dixit family, whose house was demolished. A 45-year-old woman and her 20-year-old daughter were burnt alive by a bulldozer fired during a demolition drive on government orders. He also raised questions on the UP government in his song. Kanpur Police claims that Neha Singh Rathod was trying to create disharmony and tension in the society through her songs. They sent him a notice containing seven questions, which he was asked to answer within three days.
On July 7, 2023, Suraj Khare lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against him at Habibganj Police Station, Bhopal. The charges were filed under section 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with promoting enmity between different groups on the basis of religion, race etc. The reason for the complaint was his social media post regarding the incident that took place in the middle. State, where a man named Pravesh Shukla urinated on a tribal man named Dashmesh Rawat.
