My Hero Academia manga main spoiler warning!
inside my hero academy In the comics, Deku undergoes a major epiphany when the previous wielder of almighty powers appears in his vision, and he learns that his inherited quirks bring both baggage and blessings. Then he realizes that he can show off the eccentricities that once belonged to his ex – except for the second user.
By breaking all the anime fighting rules that held him back, Tokyu gradually learned how to use them, and most impressively, he devised genius strategies that incorporated diversity in proportions. rates vary with their other abilities. That said, Deku’s level of proficiency with new quirks depends largely on how useful they are in a given situation.
Updated December 15, 2021 by Tanner Fox: How many quirks does Deku have? All of Deku’s quirks add up to a pretty interesting ranking considering anime and manga.
Empathetic
After inheriting All Might’s unique abilities, Deku learns that his eccentric personality has been passed down through generations, starting with All Might’s brother. Yang was weak and sick all his life and couldn’t do anything, but he still resisted all tyranny for himself.
Instead of killing his brother, All For One imprisoned him and eventually forced him to do a farce. However, Yoichi possesses an unknown hidden ability that allows him to pass on his eccentric personality to another person. While useless in battle, Yoichi’s ability to convert “one to another” ensures that the new hero will continue to stand up to his brother for decades to come.
floating
Originally belonging to All Might’s personal advisor, Nana Shimura, Float is a simple prank that grants the user the ability to float in mid-air. It is unclear how she used it along with One For All while alive. However, Deku has been using it for a while. Soaring is the second skill he unknowingly unleashes while fighting the evil Shigaraki Tomura to save his friend from the latter’s rot.
Tokuku heroically grabbed everyone around him with his black whip and flew out of Tomura’s reach, avoiding at least some deaths. Float was also used against his rematch with Muscle Man, dodging the villain’s punches with ease. Shimura’s Quirk doesn’t have any offensive or defensive potential, though it’s much better than using artificial means of transport.
smoke screen
One For All’s sixth owner, En, was born with a gift known as “Smoke Screen”. This quirk creates a dense fog that radiates from the body, which can then be used for camouflage. It’s a great ability, even if Deku has a tendency to overdo it by releasing so much smoke that it obscures his own vision.
Eun claims that his eccentricity is worthless in battle, at least until Deku shows off his signature all-out blast move to evade Mrs. Nagant’s watchful eye. Unfortunately, the smoke screen doesn’t help much against opponents that don’t need vision to fight, such as “All For One”, whose infrared rays more than make up for his lack of vision.
blonde
The quirks of the unnamed third holder, Fa Jin, bear a striking resemblance to the spring-like Limbs and Absorption & Release powers demonstrated by All For One and one of his Nomu. It generates large amounts of potential energy through sustained body movement and stores it in the user’s muscles.
This can then be converted into kinetic energy, temporarily greatly increasing agility and physical strength. Fagin is pretty handy in its own right, and Deku’s combination of Quirks with one-and-done and Black Whip makes it significantly more effective. In fact, Deku saved Dasu’s life with this combination, simply by passing Mrs. Nagant’s hypersonic bullet. With enough practice, the scope of using magical powers could be further extended.
black whip
Deku’s first oddity after One For All is Daigoro’s black whip, an oddity that allows him to have black vein-like extensions on his body. Multiple veins can be created simultaneously, each directed to a specific task. The strength of this remedy depends on the emotional state of the user, and Tokuhisa turned this weakness into an advantage when suppressing Shigaraki Tomura.
Deku’s Black Whip super moves include Pinpoint Focus – a technique that focuses on a precise spot of Deku’s choice and tentacles protruding from his mouth, similar to UA student Tsuyu Asui’s tackle. The Black Whip offers the necessary advantage in dangerous battles, but the Quirk is too fragile and unstable to always be reliable.
danger perception
Hinokage Shinomori’s danger sense is arguably the most useful hero ability in its class, as it warns the user of any impending threats nearby. Similar to Spider-Man’s signature spider sense, this workaround identifies “evil thoughts” by scanning the people around the user.
But that obviously means that if the opponent is faster than him or can stop their malice, Deok-joo won’t be able to react in time. While not dodging Ms. Nagant’s bullet with a perilous perception, Deku admits that eccentricity has practically invaluable value in most situations. However, he could sense things from miles away.
uniformity
One For All is a force of nature that is, in the context of the story, more overwhelming than most people imagine. No one—Deku, All Might, or any of their predecessors—had a full understanding of eccentricity. All they know is that the One, by every definition of the word, has life force, and it may even have sentience.
Besides being a source of boundless strength, this eccentricity is also a symbol of the torch shining in the darkness of all for one person, explaining why my hero academy The main villain desperately wants to steal it. Currently, All Might is the only one of the nine users to defeat All One in a one-on-one battle, which he has done twice on separate occasions. However, it will ultimately be the responsibility of Deku to rid the world of the World’s Strongest Kaito Thief, a goal he can only achieve with One For All.
