In 2022, Monu Hooda made his debut in the 9th season of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) by playing for Haryana Steelers. During the season, he appeared in 14 matches and scored 17 tackle points from a total of 34 tackles. His tackle strike rate was an impressive 47%.
