In 2021, she auditioned for India’s Best Dancer and danced on the song Zara Zara. His performance was appreciated by all the judges including Geeta Kapoor, Terence Lewis and Malaika Arora, but for Terence his performance was not satisfactory.

In the audition his father talked about Milind and the audience laughed a lot. He said,
He is so silent that he either forgets to take money from the customer or gives him the wrong goods. He is only good at dancing!”

When Milind was selected in the show he said,
I am grateful to the judges and this platform for giving me an opportunity to stand up for myself. Dance is my only true passion which I follow wholeheartedly. I will give my two hundred percent to make the best of this opportunity. If not now then when.”

In 2020, he also appeared on the show Dance+ Season 5 as part of The Ace Dance Crew. The crew gave many good performances which were appreciated by the audience and judges.
