Miley Cyrus appeared to bare it all (except a cowboy hat) in a pair of new photos the pop star shared on X (formerly Twitter). The two images preview the upcoming release of a collaboration with producer Pharrell, “Doctor (Work It Out).” An outtake from Cyrus’ fourth studio album. bangerz (2013), is their first official release of 2024. It marks the duo’s first collaboration in a decade.
The images show Cyrus from the shoulders up, with her mouth open and her hair falling over her bare skin. She wears only a cowboy hat with an LV pin.
“I met up with my friend @zanelowe and my older brother @pharrell to talk about our song “Doctor (Work It Out),” Cyrus wrote next to the images. He then points out that the cowboy hate was borrowed from Pharrell and adds, “Thanks for the LV cowgirl hat P!”

Meanwhile, Williams, who had worked alongside former Hannah Montana star of her hit song “Come Get It Bae” in 2014, posted photos of Cyrus on her Instagram Story. She also shared a sneak peek of the song on Spotify along with a snippet of the music video.

Cyrus proudly showed off her arm tattoos in the music video released Thursday. She flaunted a variety of glamorous outfits, including a sparkly mini dress, a silver sequin crop top with shorts, and a large fluffy blue jacket. The full video for “Doctor (Work It Out)” captures Cyrus singing and dancing in various settings, along with close-ups of her mouth as she performs the new song’s lyrics.
The pop superstar also rocked the iconic ’70s Raquel Welch hairstyle that she showed off at the 2024 Grammys in February in the video.
