In Edinburgh, he hunted down his mostly young victims in several locations, mainly in the Wester Hailes district.
Last year, after Buchanan was convicted, the man turned himself in to police, deputy prosecutor Mr Stalker told Lord Beckett. He went on to say these statements came after an investigation into the defendant’s criminal conduct.
The defendant’s lawyer, Niall McCluskey, informed Lord Beckett that his client had pleaded guilty. He continued: “He upheld his previous appeal. He pleads guilty to his crimes.
