Meghan Trainor shared last week that she was diagnosed with vaginismus after revealing the pain she felt during and after sex.
The 29-year-old “Made You Look” singer is now sharing what kind of sex he is currently refraining from.

“My husband is a big boy, but my sex is broken. I have a lot of anxiety,” Meghan said last week. “To the point where I’m like ‘Is it all in?’ and he says, ‘Just the tip. And I’m like, ‘I can’t do anymore.’ I don’t know how to fix that.”
In a new interview, Meghan shared that while she thought her problem was anatomical, she realizes that’s not entirely true.
Meghan said the sex is “good in the moment” and she doesn’t feel like she’s “being tortured”. But the problem is mainly mental.
“I think it’s going to hurt… and I push. I have to go to physical therapy soon…and put on gauges and rings and stretch,” Meghan said of how she is dealing with her vaginismus diagnosis. “It’s all a matter I don’t want to worry about.”
Meghan revealed that she and her husband Daryl refrain from penetrative sex while pregnant with their second child. “I can have a good time with other things,” she said in the High Low with EmRata podcast. “I am very satisfied. My husband, I take care of him. He is fine. He is satisfied. We are doing very well, but it is difficult.”
Meghan recently opened up about how she initially met her husband Daryl and why she thought he was a “serial killer.”
