Mayuri made her debut in the 2019 Marathi film ‘Premwari’ in which she played the role of Pooja; However, his first acting performance was in the Marathi film ‘Dom’. Dome was scheduled to release on 15 January 2016, but was postponed. The film was finally released on 27 December 2019.

Mayuri started her television career by playing the role of Renu in the 2015 soap opera ‘Saraswati’ on Colors Marathi.
In 2017, she was seen in the Marathi television show ‘Ghadge & Soon’ in which she played the role of Sharmistha. Mayuri has participated in many popular television series like Maza Hoshil Ka, Deva Shree Ganesha, Sakkhe Shejari etc.
