Madison Bailey and Madeleine Klein Outer Banks Season 3 Preview
Screen Rant: The last time we saw Porgs, they were caught up in “Boglandia”. How much time has passed when we go back to season three?
Madeleine Klein: Like 30 Days?
Madison Bailey: A month, more or less.
How do each of your characters feel about their situation? They might run aground, but the island runs parallel to the surf trip Kiara told JJ about.
Madison Bailey: Exactly. I think Kiara is somewhere in between. I thought that was the kind of travel she wanted, but maybe she was thinking of a hotel. Or find somewhere to rinse or less…
Madeleine Klein: Stuck?
Madison Bailey: Yes. Less stuck.
Madeline Klein: [Sarah feels] Probably similar to Kira. I think there was definitely some personal hygiene thinking. I think she’s dealing with some household chores, which she might be dealing with, and what better place than a stranded island? And she is surrounded by friends.
Fans have been cheering for JJ and Kiara’s love story since the first season. From what we’ve seen in the season three trailer, it looks like things could be headed in that direction. Can you tease something about this?
Madison Bailey: I think you’ll see Kiara and JJ explore the chemistry that we’ve seen in the last few seasons, maybe see some results and just feel it.
Given her past with Pope, does this lead to tension within the circle of friends?
Madison Bailey: Absolutely. But I think Porgs has a good sense of “we are friends more than any other drama”. I think we’ve seen them avoid a lot of drama because they know we’re all friends. Pope and Kiara didn’t make it through…
Madeleine Klein: Sometimes it is.
A lot has happened since this hunt began, so is finding treasure still Porgs’ main focus?
Madeleine Klein: I think that’s the common denominator. I think it’s a test for all of our characters, but I think what holds it all together is the friendship and the relationship. So that’s clearly still a major topic.
Madison Bailey: Yes, of course. Treasure hunting has always been a topic, but I think we’ll narrow it down a bit this season.
Yeah, the show is really about the relationship between the Porgs, so is that something we’ll keep watching this season?
Madeleine Klein: Of course.
Madison Bailey: Of course.
How is Sarah’s relationship with her family? Both Ward and Raff did something irreparable to her and her friends. Is there any chance of reconciliation in Sarah’s eyes?
Madeleine Klein: I don’t know Raff. Raff is… well, both are psychopaths. I think in her heart she still has a lot of love for her father because he is her father. I think she wants to see the best of her father and brother but her heart just keeps breaking. Of course, we’ll explore her family dynamic this season. But I think at the end of the day, Sarah just wants to see the best in people.
Sarah is no longer the newest member of the Porgs family. Cleo has been with them on this adventure, so how will she fit in with the group?
Madeleine Klein: She’s a great fit.
Madison Bailey: Yeah, Cleo fits in well with the group. In her own words, she brought a certain cool to the group from different industries. She brings a lot of wisdom to the Porges family.
Madeleine Klein: And logic.
Madeleine, I know you are Onion It has received a lot of attention lately. What about working with Dave Bautista?
Madeleine Klein: Dave is amazing. The entire cast is great. Kudos for his new movie Knock Out the Cabin. It’s really been a wonderful experience. The entire cast is really great.
as a madison fan Outer bands And ginny and georgiaI’m excited to see your upcoming movie with Antonia. Do you have something to say? shorten time?
Madison Bailey: shorten time is a very interesting movie. I’m glad people see it. Working with Antonia was amazing. Now she is my adopted sister. This is an interesting watch. A little bit [bit of a] horror film, [it’s] Suspenseful, but a good movie.
Madeline Klein: I’m really excited to see it.
